Hello and welcome to the Real Estate Investor Process.  This section of my website is designed to help investors get the necessary information they will need to help them along the way in purchasing investment property.

I have systems in place in order to guide first time investors with the necessary information to educate them on the process step by step, so they are knowledgabe and confident in their real estate decisions.

I have over 14 years of experience with investment property and work closely with clients to obtain investment property to renovate or rent based on their interest and investment needs.

THE PROCESS:
Once you have decided to invest in Real Estate you need to narrow down your strategy for success.  Are you going to :

A-Purchase a property in poor condition and renovate it to sell for a profit.  (Flip the property)

B- Purchase a property in poor condition and renovate it to keep and rent out

C Purchase a rental in property that is in good condition and  is cash-flowing

D-Purchase a vacation/rental property

E-Purchase commercial property

 

How are you going to finance your purchase?  If possible purchase for cash or get a line of credit to obtain the cash needed for your investment.  If purchasing all cash is not an option you can contact a lender to make a loan.  Please note that the loan process will be much easier if you use a lender who specializes in these type of loans.  Many loans are available and all are different based on the individual situation.  Please see the list of recommneded lenders that I have worked with in the past and have experience in these type transactions.

Identify the property of interest.  You will most likely view many properties during the process before we find the right property that meets your needs.   Depending on the type of property you purchase I will provide you with the information needed to get any necessary inspections, structural reports and insurance that will be needed to close the deal.  The process can seem overwhelming, but using an experienced real estate agent will greatly simplify the investment process.  I look forward to working with you to find the investment that meets your needs.
